At Bella Foods, we uphold the highest standards for all our goods, including Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pomace Olive Oil, Pure Honey, Sider Honey, and Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother.
- Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged state, and without any flaws. As food items, any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with is not eligible for return.
- Integrity and Packaging: The item must include all original tags, user manuals, and accessories, if applicable.
- Original Packaging: Bella Foods Items must be returned in the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If delivered in a second layer of Bella Foods packaging, it must be returned in the same condition. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.
- Important Note: To ensure a smooth process, please clearly write the order number and return tracking number on your return package.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns only for genuine defects or errors in delivery.
- Damaged or Defective Delivery: If the ordered package is received physically destroyed, broken, or in a defective state.
- Incorrect Product or Volume Mismatch: If you receive the wrong product or the incorrect volume delivered against your order.
- Misrepresentation or Quality Discrepancy: If the quality of the delivered product does not match the online product description or image.
Time Limit: A return request must be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery for all items.
If a Bella Foods product is eligible for a refund, you will receive the amount paid for the returned product. Please note that the original shipping/returned fee paid by the customer is non-refundable. The refund processing time starts once the quality check on the returned item is completed.
